When can I arrive to set up my stand?
From 9.00am on Thursday 29 April. If you intend arriving overnight please let
Parks Admin staff know so we can advise the security staff.
Can I stay overnight on site?
Yes, there is limited space on the showground mainly located to the rear of the
Main Floral Marquee. Please let Parks Admin staff know if you intend staying on
the showground overnight + vehicle details.
What facilities are there if staying overnight?
There are portaloos but no showers.
When is security on site?
Security is on site from 6.00pm Tuesday 20 April until 8.00am Tuesday 4 May
I have not received my passes?
You will receive your passes once you arrive at the Showground. If you want
them in advance to distribute to staff please let the Parks Admin staff know in
good time to ensure they can post them out to you prior to the Show.
Additional passes?
If you require additional passes then they can be purchased on arrival at the
Show. If you want them in advance to distribute to staff then please contact the
Parks Admin staff who can post them out in time for the Show providing
payment has been received. Additional 3 day passes cost £12 and a 1 day
passes cost £5.
Can I hire tables / chairs?
Yes, tables cost £11 and chairs £3, except for Main Marquee – see regulations.
Catering on site?
There will be a catering concession operating from a marquee + food stands in
the Food & Farming Marquee – both will be open from 10.00am-5.30pm daily.
